Pricing Payments are due when submitting your order. amapur® accepts only credit card payments. We accept: VISA, MasterCard and AmEx.

Except where noted otherwise, the list price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price. Though we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be wrongly priced. If we discover a wrong price, we will do one of the following:

• If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
• If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Applicable Law, Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Use and any disputes arising under or related to these Terms and Conditions of Use (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct or otherwise) will be governed by the laws of Germany, without reference to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions, suits or proceedings arising out of these Terms and Conditions of Use (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct or otherwise) will be brought exclusively in the courts of Germany, and you hereby accept and submit to the personal jurisdiction of German courts with respect to any legal actions, suits or proceedings arising out of these Terms and Conditions of Use. You also waive to the fullest extent permitted by law any right to a trial by jury in any action, suit, or proceeding brought to enforce, defend or interpret any right or remedies under, or arising in connection with or relating to, these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Customs and Import Duties Information
amapur.com operates within the trading boundaries of the European Union. If you live outside of the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. amapur® does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Cancellation & Return Policy
As the consumer, you are entitled to cancel your purchase order and we will try to make it easy for you. However, please note that you may cancel your order only by sending a cancellation request, which has to be in text form and within 14 calendar days from the initial purchase. The cancellation takes place by returning the original and unopened product and through the written cancellation request. amapur® must be notified within 14 calendar days from the initial purchase date if there are any problems or issues with an order or shipment. Unfortunately, amapur® does not accept responsibility for any issues that are reported after the said 14-day period.

Also, the consumer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned items, unless the wrong product was shipped. The 14-day cancellation period starts the day of the shipment, not the day of the purchase. Additionally, all products must be returned in a ‘like new’ condition. In case the returned product is damaged or in deteriorated condition (e.g. damaged packaging, opened packaging, consumption of the product), the customer is responsible for the diminishment of the original value. In particular cases, the loss of value could equal the purchase price.

Please note that amapur® does not permit the return of or offer refunds for products that were configured-to-order or personalized or customized or are not suited for a return due to their composition or spoil easily or whose expiration date has been exceeded. Further, amapur® does not offer refunds for services which were specifically requested by the client. For international shipments, the shipping charges, as well as taxes or custom duties, will not be refunded. Rev 6 / 06
