Men’s Health recommends the amapur diet

The October 2005 issue published the big results of Men’s Health’s inquiry into one of life’s mysteries—can regular, busy men lose weight and have six packs? Seven men were given seven weeks to slim down and pump up, and they did it with flare. All participants were coached by a trainer of Men's health. On the cover of the issue, they are flaunting their new bodies as proof that men leading stressful lives as journalists, graphic designers, and managers can have those chiseled bodies. One participant credits the amapur diet for disciplining his eating habits, eliminating those fast food wrappers so often littering the desks of the computer bound. Thomas Schrimpf (28) lost approximately 18 lbs and feels like a superstar with his new body. Read about what he and Men’s Health are saying about the amapur diet.

“amapur: little packages, big difference! A nutrition innovation for losing weight."

Whoever wants to lose weight without all the hassle should try the Swiss made amapur diet (www.amapur.de). Men’s Health graphic designer Thomas Schrimpf lost 3 kilos [7 lbs] in 14 days using this method. “The advantage is that dieters never have to think about nutrition. Also, hunger is totally under control because of the hourly small snacks,” Schrimpf reports. The amapur diet packakes contain the complete nutrition for 1 or 2 weeks. “They supplied everything I needed during this time: protein, carbohydrates, dietary fiber, and fat. And all this without having to count calories. Plus there was no need to go grocery shopping, because I ordered the diet package through the internet and conveniently received it by mail. I merely had to provide the water.
